This holiday season I’m making a concerted effort to clear my mind, wipe a blank slate and focus on what’s important. If you don’t reflect and relax, you have your foot on the gas but are going in no particular direction. Plain and simple: 1. Cut the noise 2. Figure out what you want 3.
